COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK. 🍸RUM FLIP🍹

People ask us, surely you can't put a raw egg in a cocktail. You flippin can. The Rum Flip originally started with Rum and Beer, and later egg was added and the beer was dropped. They say it is a lovely drink to end a night but we have had it at the start, middle and end. It is cluckin delicious.

#1 Medium Egg

#10 ml of sugar syrup 

#60ml of aged rum

#Nutmeg

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake without ice for 15 seconds. Fill with ice, shake and dance for 20 seconds and serve. Top with fresh nutmeg.
