What we serve
Whether you are having a huge wedding or a small intimate affair, Bridgetown Monroe love nothing more than being part of your special day. We work alongside you and your venue to create the most beautiful, iconic experience. Create a day that you'll look back on for a lifetime, whilst remembering the last of our cocktails and Prosecco that helped make it so special'.

Choose to entertain your guests with drinks on arrival, impress your guests with drinks throughout the reception, or be rock and roll like us, and have us serving until you say no rum no more. Our signature rum cocktails are unreal. Each of them with a unique twist that will whet the appetite for more- we promise you that. Our Prosecco is jaw dropping. We mean this. It's fresh, it's crisp, and it's a fraction of the cost compared to Champagne. You won't even notice. In fact, we're pretty sure you'll prefer it.

We offer a number of drinks packages to suit your guests and your budget. With Bridgetown Monroe we are different. We stand out, and we are unique, which is what your wedding day should feel like.
We are not some cliche converted French truck, we are an American brute. We specialise in rum because it has a wealth of flavours and we know how to make the best drinks. We don't serve Prosecco from draft, it's done from the bottle because that's how it should be done, and we don't serve anything but the best Caribbean beer.
Below are three simple packages that we offer. We can, of course, tailor more to suit you. We are here to serve.
THE PACKAGES
THE BALLEr
You supply a free bar. From the word YAY to the final word NAY, we serve our cocktails, Prosecco and beer. We also cater for the drivers and the soft drinkers too. Our staff, experts in creating groundbreaking drinks will be on hand all day.

Pre wedding, we discuss the cocktails, the type of rums you would like served, whether you'd like any pre made drinks, and if you have a desired amount to spend.. The best rock and rollers go all out. It's the best day of your life. Make it big.

You can put a cap on the bar if you wish, and once met, it reverts to a paying bar.

Usually this package comes with pre reception drinks, drinks throughout and the evening party service. It's an all day affair, and what better way to celebrate the biggest day of your life than a continuous bar.

THE CASH
THE MIXEr
This is a freedom package where you tell us exactly what you want. We do weddings where we are just required for the pre reception, or just the evening, or just during the meal. It all depends on you.

We can supply for example 100 Proseccos to be served during the canapés, or we can offer table service for each of your guests during the meal.
We can do cocktails in the evening only, or just beer and Prosecco, or all of them..

We always like to serve rum, whether that be neat, mixed, or in one of our signature cocktails. You can dictate the menu in this package and tell us when to serve and when not.
This package comes with a minimum bar spend.
This is a paying bar for your guests. Usually this starts pre reception and goes on until the evening, serving through the canapés, meals and the dancing.

Like the BALLER, we discuss pre wedding if you want anything tailored. This package comes with a wealth of different rums for your guests to choose from. Cash and card are both king here.
​
For this package a minimum bar spend deposit is taken from the Bride and Groom and returned if met on the day. It's our rum promise.
*Each option comes with a hire charge, which covers a set up and break down, staff, card paying facilities, and lots of ramblings about rum. We will travel anywhere to provide a service, and the first 50miles from Hitchin, Herts is covered. Anything beyond this incurs a mileage charge. Not a lot but Dexter gets thirsty. Hire charge covers min 4 hours attendance..
